Week 12 Status: Quarries status and next update

This week I’ve finished implementing new quarries, but I decided to release update next week. The main reason behind this is the fact that I wasn’t able to test all changes manually. Also new system require some tweaking before it is ready. In the mean time I also want to tweak city’s economy. My main goal is to increase buying and selling prices to make trading more flexible.
And, as always, below is the intermediate changelog.

Gameplay:
- Added fire and smoke animations.
- Updated smoke effect.
UI:
- Added support of houses consumption to logistic center.
Internal changes:
- Reworked particles pooling to support 2+ effects in the same node with different locations.
- Split city handling classes into multiple ones to gain more control over various aspects.
- Increased amount of automated tests from 120 to 170.
Known bugs:
- [PC] Sometimes text might be truncated in fullscreen mode. This is engine-related bug (https://github.com/godotengine/godot/issues/81624).
